Atividades a serem desenvolvidas:

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealer administration:
- Know the business Awards; - Co-management of dealers in business management (sales, parts, service, finance, action plans, trade policies, allocation of sales and sales to fleet companies);-Define with mkt area the advertising policies and promotion, brand dissemination, field days, regional fairs and events with large customers;-Work with Dealer Development area suggesting re-structuring and formulating action plan to be submitted to the Dealer Management Committee;-Manage the commercial products demonstration.
Commercial:
-Facilitate the achievement of the business plans for dealers, enabling them to sell a complete line of products and services (tractors, combines, implements, sprayers, ATS, parts, rental, consortium and others);-Ensure that the sales plans for each dealer are aligned with the strategic plan and follow up it;-Represent the company in negotiations;-Analyze the marketing situation of the region
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economy, Marketing or any Engineering course.
· Advanced english is desired.
· Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Parts, ATS);
