JOB TITLE: HR Specialist - Implementation
Lead simultaneous HR projects
Propose and implement HR best practices
Design and implementation of the HR Systems and processes
Complete impact assessments on all release notes and ensure maximum effectiveness of the systems, manage service and quality area within South America
Maintain and manage day-to-day systems operation, drive continuous improvements, analysis preparation of business needs, provide consultation on HR systems and processes
Process expert and focal point for all system requirements, training and communication
Design, implement and oversee the HR policies and processes like hiring, terminations, time off, workforce planning, etc.
Prepare and implement improvement plans, produce, present and discuss the KPI's/SLA's with Leadership Team
Implement and monitor the HR robots (RPA - Robotics Process Automation)
Ensure all business process documentation is up-to-date, works with many departments to provide written user manuals and training guides, streamline processes and develop efficiencies initiatives to contribute to better business results, monitor and ensures the integrity of the applicable HR processes with reports, documentation and audit trails.
Produce end-user documentation and keep it up-to-date
Participate in a network of peers across the globe to share, discuss and learn best practices.
Assist activities pertaining to employee conduct, dismissals and legal issues, payroll processing for multiple locations, analyzes and resolves payroll and system discrepancies
eSocial management
Provide assistance to HR Business Partners and leadership
Design, implementation and supervision of the HR call center
Success factors Employee Central super user for South America responsible for identify requirements and gap analysis, leading business process design, performing system demonstrations, leading workshops, performing system configuration and tests, creating functional specifications and oversee development for custom requirements, unit testing and supporting subsequent testing efforts and issue resolution, perform cut over activities and hyper-care/post go-live and support data integrations between Success Factors and 3rd party solutions.
Implement new Success Factors modules and improve the active modules
Responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders, interpret business requirements and implement.
Support all end users.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Fluent in English
Project management and continuous improvement knowledge
Experience in RPA projects
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.
Experience in design / review HR processes (Workflows, guidelines, policies, etc.).
Analysing and evaluating issues in HR
Knowledge of ADP Payroll (not mandatory)
